Dying Light 2 Final Boss

Flit is the one Final dominate in Dying Lite ii. Aiden worked the whole game towards this moment and as function of the final story quest "X13" he finally meets his antagonist.

The preparation for the concluding battle takes place much earlier, even before you attain the point of no return (the game warns yous that by doing then you are activating the epilogue).

Stock up on the following items before heading to the finale:

  • Plenty weapons, but that goes without saying.
  • Medicine, in the best instance with some upgrades, and so that the healing effect is higher.
  • Regeneration Stimulant (heals a sure percent per second) and Rage Stimulant (increases melee damage significantly) both brand this fight a lot easier.
  • Upgrades the grappling hook to the bespeak where it can pull enemies in.

Then, when y'all reach the concluding stage and face up Waltz, yous'll have to survive a four-phase boss fight.

Start phase

Showtime yous confront Waltz on a round platform. Strike him in melee and contrivance his fists when he hits you with them. Like this rhythm: hit, striking, dodge, striking, hit, contrivance.

The stomps on the basis are fatal. One volition see him jump in the air and blast his fist into the platform, creating a blast that will knock you off your anxiety and, in the worst case, throw you off the platform (in which instance you'll have to climb support). Back away as far as possible when he starts to attack.

159

The other attack also smashes the ground, creating trails of sparks that shoot toward yous. He repeats this several times, up to five or six times. Dodge these attacks to the side until Waltz is exhausted and particularly open to hits.

Also, don't forget the grappling hook. With this y'all tin occasionally throw him out of step and make him vulnerable to counter hits.

If he well-nigh lost his free energy bar, he goes into the second stage.

second phase

This phase takes place on the ground. There's fog all around and Flit volition always flee and disappear for a moment.

The easiest tactic here would be to stay in the middle and await for Flit to charge at Aiden. Then contrivance, land a few hits, and so on.

157

Y'all tin can as well track the guy through the fog, but be careful with the chemical zones on the edges that volition injure you. Waiting and reacting better, it's less nerve-wracking.

tertiary phase

Use the vents to paraglide up and fight Waltz on the higher platforms.

His tactics in combat aren't really different, mostly paying attention to the power attacks (which tin't be blocked). Every once in a while yous might fall down and take to get back up.

Also, Waltz likes to change platforms, and so follow him when the time comes. In close combat, always stay close and dodge when he hits, then you can also manage this stage.

158

fourth stage

Aiden gains superhuman forcefulness and tin jump meters far and meters high. It should be like shooting fish in a barrel to track Waltz in that status.

Stay close on his heels and use Aiden's blank hands/claws to tear the guy autonomously.

Flit takes farthermost harm during this stage and information technology shouldn't take you long to take him downward once and for all. Stay with him and after a short while you lot'll have defeated Waltz.

That was it with the final dominate. Now you lot face the final conclusion that will impact the outcome of Dying Light 2. I wish yous success.
